General Terms of Sale for Tellus Fiber AB
Prices
All prices are stated excluding value added tax (VAT) and packaging, and delivery is made from our warehouse in Nacka. Current prices for each item are stated on our website. Tellus Fiber AB reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur temporarily.
We primarily target business customers and therefore accept payment via advance payment from private customers who wish to make a purchase.
Delivery
Delivery is made at the buyer's risk. We strive for all items to be in stock for immediate delivery, but reserve the right to partial deliveries. Any freight costs are added for partial deliveries.
Freight and Packaging
Current freight costs and packaging fees are determined according to the applicable tariff at the time of order.
Payment Terms
Business customers are offered purchase on invoice after credit assessment, with payment terms of 30 days from invoice date. Authorities and well-established companies may be granted extended payment terms. In case of rejection of credit assessment, card payment or advance payment applies. Tellus Fiber AB reserves the right to change payment terms without notice.
Default Interest and Reminder Fee
Default interest is charged from the due date according to the Interest Act. A reminder fee of 50 SEK is added for non-payment.
Product Information
All information about dimensions and technical data is approximate and is only binding when expressly agreed upon.
Special Orders
For special orders, where the goods are not included in our standard range or are manufactured according to the customer's specification, cancellation is not possible. Upon cancellation, the entire goods value and any profit will be charged.
Claims and Returns
Claims must be made within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Returns are only accepted with paid freight and after our approval and issuance of a return number.
Warranty
If the goods do not meet specified requirements or have manufacturing defects, we offer repair, replacement, credit or adjustment within 12 months after purchase. We do not take responsibility for damage caused by defects in the product.
Retention of Title
The title to the delivered goods is reserved until full payment has been received.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
These terms are established in accordance with Swedish law and any disputes shall be decided by Swedish court.
